Overview

OMnet is a wholly owned subsidiary of Omnicom Media Group Holdings, LLC and was founded in late 2013. Operating as the principal buying arm of OMG, OMnet creates a private marketplace of premium media by entering into firm media commitments in return for discounts v. the marketplace. All investments are guaranteed and made upfront with Omnicom dollars allowing OMnet to secure discounts from a select group of media partners. While OMnet takes on all the financial risk, we use this platform as a mechanism to provide our 125+ OMG clients a savings benefit on a spend that runs through the program. 

Qualifications

  • Concrete understanding of the Programmatic activation and implementation process with hands-on experience working across multiple platforms (both DSP’s and SSP’s)
  • Experience with all aspects of the programmatic campaign activation process from trafficking creatives, to setting up and managing buys in platform, to post-campaign insights/reporting  
  • Ability to work with and troubleshoot media across multiple digital technologies like ad servers, data management platforms, identity solutions, ad verification, tag management, dynamic creative, etc.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (ability to create, read, and modify large amounts of data in excel using pivot tables, etc.)
  • Ability to work well independently while part of a team
  • Experience setting up and optimizing Programmatic deals including the ability to troubleshoot Deal ID set up and delivery issues in a timely fashion
  • Solid understanding of SSP’s, DSP’s, RTB’s, Agency Trading Desks, Private Marketplaces
  • Ability to set-up, monitor, optimize and troubleshoot programmatic delivery on specific publisher deals and inventory
  • Strong technical acumen, as well as direct programmatic optimization experience in multiple platforms such as: DV360, AppNexus/Xandr, The Trade Desk, etc.
  • Strong understanding of how the programmatic process works
  • Experience with day to day campaign optimization tactics and reporting tools (specific focus on deal set-up and troubleshooting a strong plus)
  • Experience with analyzing digital media delivery and creating client reporting deliverables.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Fast learner with a desire to grow
