The Associate Director, Programmatic (AD) is responsible for managing the strategy and execution of Disney’s paid programmatic media plans. The AD is responsible for working with the Programmatic team across their specialty platforms to develop a campaign strategy which supports the client goals and into paid media plans. They play a key role in the translation of marketing and media objectives into overall programmatic strategies. The AD is also responsible for identifying and educating on emerging market trends and technologies as they relate to search and social.
