OMG23 is the new Omnicom Media Group agency dedicated to Walt Disney Studios and Disney’s multiple television networks. At OMG23, we have the privilege of partnering with Disney on the planning, buying and implementation of its integrated ad campaigns for some of the entertainment industry’s most iconic brands. Our Walt Disney Studios team works on titles that include a wide variety of blockbuster films distributed under the Walt Disney Studios, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, Pixar Animation Studios, Walt Disney Animation Studios, 20th Century, and Searchlight banners. We are also proud to be Disney’s Agency of Record for their premier television networks including ABC, ABC News, Disney Channels, Freeform, National Geographic and FX. We live movies and TV.   • 2 to 4 years of experience in a recruitment role within a media, online/digital and/or advertising agency environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Knowledgeable about California laws regarding interviewing
  • Experience with icims (ATS) a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passionate about recruiting and enjoys the thrill of matching a great candidate with an exciting, new role
  • Must be well networked within the advertising industry
  • Confident with in-person meetings and articulating status updates with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume recruiting environment, while remaining calm under pressure
  • Ability to successfully multi-task and manage multiple projects and searches
  • Ability to show good judgment and to uphold confidentiality at all times


  • Steward the full cycle recruiting process for various roles at OMG23
  • Partner with hiring managers to quickly understand all roles at the agency
  • Represent company in the marketplace with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Source, interview and present talent for open positions in all departments, at various levels
  • Assist in writing or updating job descriptions as needed
  • Post open positions on our ATS and other job boards as needed
  • Work well within a fast paced, ever changing environment; demonstrate calm under pressure
  • Move multiple searches forward simultaneously
  • Utilize multiple avenues to source both passive and active candidates
  • Communicate with candidates and hiring managers clearly and regularly to ensure all are updated on the status of their respective roles
