Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a marketing emphasis
  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic skills
  • Deep understanding of corporate structures
  • Deep understanding of best practices in communications, including e-mail, newsletters, intranets, and the technology that powers them
  • Proven success working with leaders in a highly cross-functional, matrixed organization
  • Global mindset with the ability to locally execute and work across disciplines, industries, and scenarios

As Manager, Corporate Communications, you’ll be part of an evolving Growth team at Omnicom Media Group. You will provide tactical and strategic support for a range of internal communications to benefit and increase colleague engagement at OMG. You will align communications to OMG’s goals and mission, while developing and creating new approaches to fostering cultural connections in our Group.


Working closely with leadership, you will help shape the voice of our Group, by collaborating to create marketing initiatives that propel thought leadership, while ensuring that all messaging is consistent with our established brand. You will oversee and manage the day-to-day responsibilities for all internal communication channels such as the intranet, All Hands meetings, and staff e-mails and newsletters. Your role will be to be the eyes and ears of OMG, gathering continuous feedback and keeping a pulse on satisfaction across workstreams.


We are looking for a self-starting human who enjoys managing multiple projects, working in a fast-paced environment, and can build strong relationships with cross functional partners — and wake up the next day, and do it all over again.


  • Develop, write, and edit all internal communications from leadership ensuring the product is consistently voiced and on brand
  • Create an internal communications calendar scheduling interdepartmental e-mails and newsletters for greatest impact
  • Establish yourself as the voice of the Group, understanding the interconnections of internal initiatives and how that applies to cultural growth and colleague engagement
  • Develop and maintain interest groups for thought leadership dissemination
  • Create and maintain a library of boilerplate communications for consistency and scale
  • Actively monitor the competitive landscape to create best-in-class practices to OMG
