Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Deep understanding of marketing technology
  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing
  • Deep understanding of marketing technology
  • Proven success working with leaders in a highly cross-functional, matrixed organization
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic skills
  • Global mindset with the ability to locally execute and work across disciplines, industries and scenarios
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a marketing emphasis

As Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be part of an evolving Growth team at Omnicom Media Group. You will be responsible for connecting our colleagues to our capabilities, serving as a strategic partner in creating clear consistent messaging for our suite of products. Not only will you collaborate and co-create collateral, narratives, and case studies, you’ll be a key person in crafting the larger narrative of OMG’s product ecosystem, straddling technology, and strategy.

 

Working closely with leadership, you will help create and shape the voice of our products, by collaborating to create marketing positioning, competitive analysis, and external marketing.

 

You will work not only with the Growth team, but also legal, product development, engineering and more.

 

Your role will be to understand the needs of our clients, and ultimately the needs of our colleagues.

 

We are looking for a self-starting team player who enjoys managing multiple projects, working in a fast-paced environment, and can build strong relationships with cross functional partners — and wake up the next day, and do it all over again.

Responsibilities

  • Make the complex, simple; take ambiguity and translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable stories that can be leveraged across teams
  • Develop and maintain a taxonomy of products and their value propositions, benefits, and functionality, with a focus on their interconnection and how they enrich OMG’s mission
  • Establish yourself as the subject matter expert on all things product — understanding the intersection of our strategic offerings and our technology — and how that applies to our growth trajectory
  • Dig deep into competitive analysis to pivot our narrative when necessary, understanding how to dial up strengths
  • Create and maintain a globally accessible library of consistent presentations, demo content, FAQ’s, and collateral
  • Develop and maintain a highly refined calendar of deliverables, created in collaboration with leadership
