Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a marketing emphasis
  • 6-8 years of experience in a corporate Marketing function
  • 4-6 years of managing a team across Marketing disciplines
  • Proven success working with leaders in a highly cross-functional, matrixed organization
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic skills
  • Global mindset with the ability to locally execute and work across disciplines, industries, and scenarios

As Director, Marketing & Corporate Communications, you’ll be part of an evolving Growth team at Omnicom Media Group. You will be responsible for managing a team of marketers across corporate communications, social, awards, events, and product. You will work to create the strategic vision underpinning marketing at OMG, while working closely with leadership to align on priority initiatives and goals.


Working across departments and functions, you will steward the OMG brand, ensuring that all communications and events, both internal and external, share a common voice and mission.


You will work closely with the Business Development, Strategic Initiatives, Human Resources and Creative Services teams to ensure all initiatives and platforms are fine-tuned for success and dovetailed with business outcomes.


You will act as the ultimate connector, understanding the needs of the business and strategically working with each of these groups to ensure cultural connections to our clients and colleagues.


We are looking for a self-starting human who enjoys managing multiple projects, working in a fast-paced environment, and can build strong relationships with cross functional partners — and wake up the next day, and do it all over again.


  • Manage a team of marketers and ensure they deliver against the key KPI’s of their disciplines
  • Act as key point person for event contracts, talent bookings, and vendor relations
  • Manage budgets and timelines ensuring projects meet or exceed expectations
  • Create a holistic marketing plan and calendar for OMG, considering key tentpole events
  • With leadership, develop and create thought leadership pieces, and associated communications plans
  • Understand the pitch pipeline and how Marketing can work in service of business growth
  • Understand how to produce effective events and leverage internal departments for support
  • Create effective marketing campaigns for our Group that invigorate colleagues and clients
