The Assistant Analyst, Search, reporting to the Associate Director, understands how to recognize issues and escalate appropriately, know which optimization tactics are appropriate to leverage based on client’s goals and data analysis, are able to work and prioritize within timelines, and effectively communicate in both verbal and written form. It is important for an Assistant Analyst to be curious and continually seek opportunities both within their accounts and on the broader functional team to learn about best practices, new approaches, industry updates, etc. Assistant Analysts should look to build relationships internally and externally with clients/partners so that they can begin to understand how to effectively communicate and navigate these relationships.
