We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated, talented, and experienced individual with a digital media background with an eagerness and passion to learn more about digital media to join our Paid Search team.

 

As the Assistant Analyst, Paid Search, reporting to the Manager, Paid Search, your role will encompass developing, executing, and optimizing campaigns across a variety of advertising platforms in order to further client business goals.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications, MIS or stats preferred but not required
  • 1+ years of work experience
  • Be a proactive self-starter and team player
  • Be confident in analyzing and acting on large sets of marketing data
  • Possess a desire to work for a fast-paced, results-based company
  • Have strong time management and organizational skills being able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong Excel/spreadsheet capabilities
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities

As a pivotal team member within our Paid Search team, the below will give you a sense of what your daily, weekly interactions can encompass consist of.

 

As the Assistant Analyst, Paid Search your major responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and launching complex Paid Search campaigns that achieve actionable business goals
  • Optimizing ongoing campaigns, including performing keyword performance analysis, search query mining, settings checks, and other tasks
  • Consistent analysis of performance in order to identify opportunities for growth and issues to correct
  • Pulling data and writing insights for client-facing reporting
  • Working and prioritizing within timelines, and effectively communicating in both verbal and written form
