  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience working with Airtable or Hive a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive outlook and a tenacity for being resourceful
  • Proven track record of leading complex project and portfolios
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Experience working with dynamic teams
  • Experience working in a media driven environment a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a marketing emphasis
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience; agency, consulting, or creative environments a plus


As Project Manager, you’ll be part of an evolving Growth team at Omnicom Media Group, acting as the connective tissue of the team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and implementation of processes, work standards, and general matters, and encouraged to identify ways to iterate and improve. You will work alongside our Growth team members throughout the duration of the pitch process, ensuring oversight of timeline and deliverables. You will also support Growth team leadership with strategic and internal matters as requested.

  • Support pitch and project initiatives by thorough monitoring of all tasks and deliverables
  • Develop and manage a department wide calendar, including all pitch timelines
  • Implement and maintain PMO best practices, identifying opportunities for enhancement
  • Quickly develop a mastery of OMG business development processes to manage the timely completion of projects
  • Proactively identify opportunities to adjust processes for efficiencies
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks by focusing team members on deadlines and escalating as appropriate
  • Track ongoing ad hoc new business requests
  • Ensure appropriate collection and management of pitch content and information
  • Run internal status meetings
  • Manage logistics for new business meeting prep (including conference room booking, catering, travel arrangements, etc.)
  • Manage team collaboration tools, i.e., Microsoft Teams, including providing access
  • Manage team subscriptions and access to industry tools and trade publications
  • Develop and maintain team contact lists and org charts
  • Track financial information and related items such as job numbers, invoicing, and spending
