As Omnicom's core marketing orchestration and insights platform, Omni's full suite of applications provides marketers and brands with end-to-end workflow, insights, planning, creative development, activation, reporting, attribution, and optimization solutions. Leveraging data and technology to offer accounts new & powerful audience-forward capabilities, the use and utilization of these tools are integral to Omni's continued success. The long-term success of Omni cannot be measured solely by metrics such as user adoption and revenue growth. Of equal importance is the continued evolution of Omni, as a platform that extends and expands the capabilities of both the client teams and Omnicom as a whole.

 

The Omni Activation Team sits within this intersection of activation, strategy, and product development, and is looking for a dedicated manager that understands the complexities of data activation at both the account and organizational level. Client teams, under the demands of translating client business challenges into deliverable results, rarely have the bandwidth to take advantage of the full spectrum of resources provided by Omni. The manager must build strong working relationships with these teams. Translating the capabilities of the platform into language applicable to their day-to-day responsibilities, all while working with agency stakeholders in designing data-forward solutions to account-specific problems. To support the demands of increased adoption, activation solutions and standardized processes must be packaged in easily digestible formats and disseminated across Omnicom agencies.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience at a media agency, marketing analytics firm, or in a quantitative, data-driven field 
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Information Management, Social Sciences, or business-related fields 

Required Skills

  • An understanding of some of the following: digital activation, marketing technology, behavioral data, audience targeting, identity, media strategy, digital investment, clean rooms, 1st Party data, Advanced TV – all things connected to using data and technology to create better marketing outcomes
  • Hands-on keyboard experience with Programmatic and/or Social activation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Creative and strategic thinker who is willing to take risks and challenge the status quo
  • Ability to problem-solve and exercise independent decision making
  • Ability to clearly explain complex ideas to various audiences with differing levels of technical expertise

Responsibilities

  • Drive increased Omni activation usage and product engagement across Omnicom agencies
  • Partner with accounts on their data activation strategies; transform objectives (KPI’s, KBA’s) into data activation plans, leveraging Omni data and capabilities to inform strategies
  • Design and test novel use cases for using Omni data to accelerate key moments in the path to purchase, partnering with the accounts to activate and scale these strategies
  • Support client-facing teams in translating data into powerful narratives and meaningful insights that enable them to evangelize their clients on the benefits of the Omni platform
  • Work with agency teams to ensure all client deliverables are met, providing technical support while troubleshooting issues
  • Monitor client/agency activity to ensure joint goals are being executed and provide QA/QC support
  • Provide visibility into Annalect pricing and partner cost structure, while effectively conveying the cost savings and value proposition offered by the platform
  • Explore and analyze potential data partnerships and opportunities that provide true competitive differentiation
  • Collaborate with product teams and engineers, relaying insights and product feedback, supporting continuous Omni development
  • Engage with investment and partnership teams, providing business intelligence that helps inform larger OMC strategies
